## Introduction

Adds the game server to the local favourites list or updates the time played of the server if it already exists in the list.

### App ID

The App ID of the game.

### IP

The IP address of the server

### Connection Port

The port used to connect to the server

### Query Port

The port used to query the server

### Last Played

The should be the current time in most cases

### Return Value

An int32 of undefined use
