Introduction

Check if the user meets the specified criteria. (Friends, blocked, users on the same server, etc)

Steam Id

The user you want to check if it is a friend (with flag) of the local player.

Flag

The criteria to check if the indicated friend is part of. This is a UEFriendFlags value.

Return Value

true if the specified user meets any of the criteria specified, otherwise, false.
